We have a charity/fundraiser event, will you donate your time and come for free?

Haha, nope! But we will offer a discount Mon-Fri excluding holidays, 2hr minimum, $115/hr per artist! Pretty good deal if you ask me!
What types of events do you go to?

Any you are willing to pay us for of course!

Balloon Twisting: $150/hr Face Painting: $150/hr
Do you offer a discount for multiple artists or multiple hours?

We offer a "Give 10 Get 10" discount. Subscribe to our email list and get a custom referral code. When someone you refer books us using that code, they will get 10% off their first booking and you will get 10% off your next booking.
How far do you travel? Is there a travel fee?

Anywhere, and possibly, but it's most likely waived ;)
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
What is the deadline to order?

Orders for the next month close 7 days before delivery. Ex. Our 4th of July Candy Cup is expected to be delivered July 3rd, The last day to place an order is Jun 26th. Any order placed afterward will go toward August's delivery.
What if you deliver and nobody is home?

We will do our best to communicate the day of the planned delivery. However, like ordering from any other company, we cannot set our schedule to accommodate every delivery we are doing that day. We will ensure the balloon is intact when delivered as well as not deliver chocolates during the hottest months of the year. If you have a shaded area on your porch, this will help the balloon looking it's best until you are able to get to it. If you'd rather it be left somewhere other than the front porch (if nobody answers the door), please let us know in the comments at checkout.
Can I get a refund?

As long as the order is canceled more than 24 hours before delivery, a refund can be issued. However, refunds will not be issued after delivery. We will guarantee the quality of each delivery but will not be held responsible for balloons popped by the sun or blown away from being left on doorsteps at delivery.
What areas are these available?

This is brand new and we are starting out delivering to Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Brentwood. As we gain more interest, we would love to expand our delivery range! If your address is not within our delivery range, you will be unable to purchase at checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience! Please let us know what city you would like this to come to next!
Can I customize the design?

Currently, the only design that can be customized is the color of the Easter Bunny for the Easter delivery in April. Due to the number of orders and deliveries we receive, we cannot customize any others at this time.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! We understand life happens. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
