Travel & Location Requirements

No travel fee is charged for events within 50-miles of Murfreesboro, TN (minimum 1.5-hour booking).
A $1/mile travel fee (each way) applies to events outside this radius, with a $25 minimum.
Service areas include (but are not limited to): Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Christiana, Shelbyville, Nolensville, Lebanon, Manchester, Tullahoma, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson's Station, Fairview, Spring Hill, Columbia, Nashville, Belle Meade, Forest Hills, Hermitage, Whites Creek, Pegram, Bellevue.

Event Setup Requirements

Corporate/Public Events must provide adequate shade or shelter (tent, canopy, pavilion). Contact us if you're unsure about suitability.
Private Parties must provide safe, shaded, and weather-protected areas for setup.
If no shelter is provided (rain/sun), a $30 tent fee will be added—even if the tent is not used.

Venue Permissions

For events in business venues (e.g., trampoline parks, gyms, bowling alleys), explicit permission from the establishment is required for TN Twister to participate. Refunds will not be given if venue denies TN Twister employees access.

Breaks for Long Events

Events exceeding 3 hours include a 15-minute paid break per 3-hour period, at the artist's discretion, to ensure quality service and artist well-being.

Health & Safety

Services involving physical contact (face painting, etc.) will not be provided to anyone who:
- Appears ill or has contagious symptoms
- Has open wounds, rashes, or broken skin in contact areas
- Is an infant (due to skin sensitivity)
- Is unwilling to be painted (including children)
Guests with skin sensitivities are responsible for deciding whether to participate.

Products & Sanitation

Only non-toxic, professional, cosmetic-grade products are used. Product details and FDA info are available from manufacturers.
Sanitation procedures are followed before, during, and after every event.

Neon/UV Face Paint

Neon paints are not FDA-approved in the U.S. but are widely used internationally and independently tested for skin safety by top global brands.
Unless otherwise noted in your booking, neon paints may be used at your event.

Bubble Machine Use

TN Twister and employees is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of bubble machines or any related equipment.

Booking & Payment

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Final payment must be made before the artist(s) leave the event.
If payment is not received by the end of the day of the event, a 10% late fee will be applied, with additional weekly fees until paid in full.
Company checks must be issued prior to the event and given to the artist at the event.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied to a new date within 30 days, pending artist availability.
Deposits are nonrefundable, even if a new date cannot be arranged.
Exceptions: Refunds are only granted if TN Twister cancels and:
- A suitable replacement is not available
- The client declines a proposed replacement
- TN Twister deems travel unsafe due to severe weather or natural disasters (e.g., tornado, fire, flooding)
Deposit refunds are not given due to rain cancelations.
- Please have an indoor back-up venue option incase of rain.

Replacement Services

In the event an artist cannot attend, options may include:
- A qualified replacement face painter or balloon artist
- Pre-made balloons
- Other solutions agreed upon in writing or verbal communication before the event
If replacement services are provided, no refunds or discounts will be issued after the event.

Agreement

Once your booking is confirmed, all form responses, verbal agreements, and written communication serve as a binding contract between the client and TN Twister.
These terms remain accessible and enforceable by both parties.
